Please think very carefully about the contents of your child’s lunchbox and ensure that it is filled with healthy options. Children should not bring sweets or chocolate in their packed lunch. Yoghurts and fruit are preferable alternatives. Please ensure that grapes and cherry tomatoes are cut in half. We remind you that St.Mary's is a 'nut free' school, so please do not include any items that contain nuts.
Please make sure that ALL uniform, coats, shoes, pumps and other personal belongings are clearly labelled with your child’s name
Please make sure that long hair is tied up in ponytails or plaits and not left loose or in a half-up/half-down style. This is safer for all children as they play closely together and will help stop the spread of head lice.
Our ‘Outdoor Learning’ sessions will begin following the October half term. Each Wednesday, we take our teaching and learning outdoors for the Nursery sessions. We provide waterproof rain-suits and ask that children attend Nursery wearing joggers or trousers and a pair of wellies.
